주식회사 크로프트에이아이(이하 "회사")는 Croft 모바일 앱(이하 "앱")을 이용하는 과정에서 처리되는 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다. 앱은 온실·농장 운영자와 그 직원이 작물 데이터를 기록하고 조회하기 위한 업무용 도구이며, 일반 소비자를 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

회사는 광고 식별자, 위치 정보, 연락처, 통화 기록을 수집하지 않으며, 앱에 광고·트래킹 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다. 카메라 및 사진첩 권한은 사용자가 사진을 촬영·선택·저장할 때만 사용되며, 사진첩을 임의로 읽지 않습니다.
앱 이용에 필요한 데이터는 회사와 고객사(사용자의 소속 농장·기업) 간 서비스 계약의 이행을 위해 처리됩니다. 알림 수신을 위한 푸시 권한은 사용자의 동의를 받아 처리하며, 기기 설정에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다.
개인정보는 계정이 유효한 동안 보관하며, 계정 삭제 또는 고객사와의 계약 종료 시 관련 법령에서 정한 보관 의무가 없는 한 지체 없이 파기합니다. 삭제 요청은 아래 연락처 또는 소속 조직의 관리자를 통해 접수할 수 있습니다.

회사는 위 목적 외에 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
사용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 데이터는 소속 조직이 관리하므로, 요청은 조직 관리자 또는 아래 연락처로 접수해 주시기 바랍니다.
모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화되며, 접근 권한은 소속 농장·조직 단위로 제한됩니다. 저장된 데이터는 접근 통제가 적용된 AWS 환경에서 관리됩니다.
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

Croft AI ("we") provides the Croft mobile app (the "App"), a work tool used by greenhouse and farm operators and their staff to record and review crop data. It is not directed at general consumers.

We do not collect advertising identifiers, location, contacts, or call logs, and the App contains no advertising or analytics SDKs. Camera and photo-library permissions are used only when you take, choose, or save a photo; we never browse your photo library.
Data is processed to perform our service contract with your farm or employer. Push notifications are sent based on the permission you grant, which you can withdraw at any time in your device settings.
We keep data while your account is active and delete it without undue delay when the account is removed or the customer contract ends, unless law requires longer retention. Deletion requests can be made through your organisation's administrator or the contact below.

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for any other purpose.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or ask us to restrict its processing. Because your organisation controls the data in the App, please contact your administrator or use the address below.
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, access is scoped to your farm or organisation, and stored data is held in access-controlled AWS environments.
The App is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
